At Otto Maps, we want you to love your custom cartography and home decor. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Map

  Carefully place the item in its original protective tube or box to ensure it is not creased or damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
