How long does shipping take for my map?
Each map is printed to order to ensure the highest quality. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US, while international orders may take 10-14 business days.
What materials are used for Otto Maps prints?
We use museum-grade 200gsm matte paper and archival inks. This ensures that your map features vibrant colors and sharp details that will not fade over time when displayed in your home.
Can I request a custom location not listed on the site?
Yes! We love creating custom pieces. Please use our 'Custom Order' contact form to provide the specific coordinates or city name, and our design team will send you a digital proof for approval.
Do the maps come with frames included?
To prevent damage during transit and allow you to match your own home decor, our maps are shipped as unframed prints. They are designed to fit standard frame sizes available at most home goods retailers.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your map arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the packaging. We will ship a replacement to you immediately at no extra cost.
